Finance Policy



  • Admission and 1st term fees/ installment fees (devised by principal or Accounts Department) of the course should be paid after qualifying test and interview, at United Bank Limited branch: Raza Shah Kabir Road Larkana A/C No. 0030001-6, branch code: 0765 and obtain a copy of Challan for your record.

  • Every term fees should be paid in advance. (Please refer to fees structure schedule)

  • Tuition Fees should be paid within due date (Identified on notice board every batch separately) and verify your fees Receipt Voucher at account office.

  • If trimester/ semester fees is not paid (for Diploma Course, student will not be allowed to appear in semester exam.

  • Transfer from one course to another course after attending one week of the class 15% tuition fees will be deducted.

  • Transfer from one course to another course after attending four weeks of the class 25% tuition fees will be deducted.

  • Transfer from one course to another course after attending five weeks of the class 50% tuition fees will be deducted.

  • Transfer from one course to another course after attending eight weeks of the class 100% tuition fees will be deducted.

  • Refund of tuition fees is only applicable on those candidates, who have never appeared / attended any class.

  • Admission fee is not refundable.

  • More than 2 & 3 months absenteeism would be charged late fees Rs.500/ and Rs.600/ respectively and long absentee would be charged as per policy.

  • Any student remains long absent for more than 02 years, would not be entertained for any supplementary exam or course revoke

  • If any student pay fees after due date late fees will charges Rs.100/ after 30 days, Rs.200/ after 60 days and will be increased as per duration increased.
